1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and sloterbaik ("Platform", "Us", "Company"). This agreement governs your access and use of all services, games, and features provided by Sloterbaik through the website at sloterbaik.win and our official mobile app.

Continued use of this platform following any amendments to the Terms and Conditions constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically to stay informed of the latest terms in effect.

2. Account Eligibility

To register and use sloterbaik's services, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• Aged 18 years and above on the date of registration.
• Be legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement in the jurisdiction where you reside.
• Not being on a self-exclusion list or prohibited from participating in gambling activities by any relevant authority.
• Not registering on behalf of another person or using another person's identity.
• Not being a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction that prohibits participation in online gaming.

Sloterbaik reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be owned by underage individuals will be suspended immediately and all balances and wins will be forfeited.

3. Registration & Identity Verification (KYC)

Each member is only permitted to hold one active account at sloterbaik. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name as per your ID, date of birth, phone number, and active email address. Providing false information is a serious violation that may result in account termination without notice.

3.2 KYC Verification Process

Sloterbaik implements a rigorous Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of our commitment to security and legal compliance. You may be required to submit the following documents:

• A valid copy of your MyKad or passport.
• Recent bank statement or utility bill as proof of address (not older than 3 months).
• Screenshot or proof of ownership of the payment method used.

The verification process is typically completed within 1–2 business days. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is fully complete.

4. Deposit & Payment Methods

Sloterbaik supports a wide range of deposit methods suited for Malaysian users, including FPX, DuitNow, internet banking transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and selected cryptocurrencies. All deposits are processed in real time or within no more than 15 minutes depending on the chosen method.

4.1 Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit: RM 20 per transaction.
• Maximum daily deposit: RM 50,000 (subject to update based on VIP tier).

4.2 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

All deposits must come from a legitimate source and be made under the same name as the registered member's account. sloterbaik reserves the right to request proof of funding source if there are signs of suspicious activity. The use of third-party accounts for deposit purposes is prohibited and may result in account termination and balance freezing.

5. Withdrawal of Funds

Sloterbaik processes 95% of withdrawal requests processed in under 30 minutes after approval. Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the deposit, subject to completed KYC verification.

5.1 Withdrawal Limits

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per request.
• Maximum daily withdrawal: RM 30,000 (higher limits for VIP members).
• Maximum weekly withdrawal: RM 100,000.

5.2 Bonus Withdrawal Requirements

Bonus funds and wins derived from bonuses are subject to the rollover requirements stated in their respective promotional terms. Withdrawals may only be requested once the rollover conditions have been fully met. sloterbaik reserves the right to reject withdrawal requests that do not meet the rollover requirements and to deduct the bonus portion from the account balance.

5.3 Security Review

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by sloterbaik are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated on each respective promotions page. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member unless otherwise stated.
• The welcome bonus is only available to new members who have not previously registered.

• Bonus abuse, including arbitrage wagering or using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and account termination.

7. Game Rules

• Wins resulting from a technical bug or system failure are not considered valid and will not be paid out.
• Sloterbaik reserves the right to void rounds or bets affected by verifiable technical disruptions.
• Any attempt to exploit bugs, use automation software (bots), or manipulate game outcomes will result in immediate account termination.
• The minimum and maximum bets for each game are set by the respective game providers and displayed within the game interface.

8. Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details, including your username and password. Sloterbaik recommends the following steps to protect your account:

If any provision in this document is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain in full force and effect.
